disability NDIS support to our Community

We endeavour to support people living with disabilities and help them create and meet individual goals. Staff work with participants to tailor programs as individual and unique as they are. Here at AAP we are here to support our community by focusing on supporting the vulnerable cohort of those living with disabilities to become active members of the community.

Supported Independent Living

24 Hour Care

We offer Supported Independent Living that provides participants with access to 24 hour in home care where they can choose to engage with as much support as they would like.
