AAP Community Services would like to offer you the Opportunity to be part of a dynamic, dedicated and experienced team with a supportive employer and team culture. We have casual disability support worker positions available, with progression to permanent part time available after qualifying period for the right candidates.
Essential Selection Criteria.
Certificate III or IV Disability Support or equivalent
Current Police check, WWC and NDIS worker screening checks.
NDIS New/Worker Orientation Module
First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain one
Must have a current Drivers License
Flexibility to work within a service that provides 24/7 care, this will include weekend work, sleepover and or active night shifts on a rotating roster.
To support the safety of our participants and staff, applicants are required to provide evidence of COVID 19 full vaccination status by 30th November 2021, unless evidence of an exemption is provided.
Desirable Criteria.
Demonstrated experience working within the Disability/Community sector.
Demonstrated understanding of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) processes.
